PROCESSING & SHIPMENT

We prepare and ship most orders within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special events), processing may take up to 10 business days. We'll always send you a tracking number once your order ships.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to product perishability

  • Alaska and Hawaii require Expedited (1-Day Air) delivery

  • During peak seasons, please order early to ensure timely delivery

  • Do not leave your package of products in the elements as the products are perishable.
  • Unpack your products immediately and store appropriately to ensure ultimate freshness. 

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at orders@KCFoodco.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.
